When you order, please complete the order form and email or fax to us. We will send you an invoice with our banking details for an EFT transfer within 1 working day. Once we receive your proof of payment, we will process and dispatch your order. Please see our How to order page for the order form. In the future, we will upgrade our site to enable you to order and pay for your purchases online. This will include a shopping cart and secure online credit card payments. Before finalising your order, you will be able to choose your delivery method and choose the option of gift wrapping. Newsletter We will launch a newsletter within the next few months. Once you have made a purchase with Kitten and Clover, your email address will be automatically loaded to receive these newsletters once they are launced. You will have the option to unsubscribe, should you wish not to recieve our newsletters in future. Member login and Loyalty Program We will have a member login section, where registered members can lookup order history and create favourites. Registered members will automatically qualify for our Loyalty Program. We will conduct our Loyalty Program in the interim as set out further down on ths page under the Loyalty Progam section. Search by Category Currently our products are displayed by brand. In future, you will be able to search products by category. Baby Registry You will be able to create a Baby Registry and give friends access to the registry to purchase your favorite products. Raffle We will be launching a monthly raffle. The proceeds of the monthly raffle will benefit our chosen organisation, Cotlands Baby Sanctuary. Each ticket will be sold electronically at a cost of R50.00. You will stand a chance to win products to the value of R300.00 each month. Raffle rules: By entering the Kitten and Clover Baby raffle, you agree to our terms and conditions set out for hereunder. These competitions are open to everyone except employees and family members of Kitten and Clover Baby, their associated companies and their advertising agencies. Each ticket costs R50.00 and will be issued electronically once we have received the completed form and your email with proof of payment sent to competitions@kittenandclover.co.za. Should we not be able to sell a minimum number of tickets, we reserve the right to cancel the raffle for the month without refunding any monies received. The funds collected will still be donated to Cotlands Baby Sanctuary, without issuing the prize to any ticket holders. Winners will be contacted telephonically. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be selected from products featured on the Kitten and Clover Baby website. By entering the Kitten and Clover Baby raffle, you are automatically added to our mailing list to receive Kitten and Clover Baby updates on a regular basis. Should you wish not to receive these updates, please reply to the email sent with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject bar, and we will remove you from the mailing list. |
Loyalty Points Earn loyalty points to qualify for a discount of up to 15% on your next purchase. Refer our website to 5 friends by email. Include our info@kittenandclover.co.za address in your emails to your friends. You will accumulate a 3% discount per friend who makes a successful purchase at our online store before your next purchase. Demo's and Talks We will gladly arrange a demo day for you and an group of friends. We will provide demo's pertaining to any of the products featured on the Kitten and Clover Baby website. We do not charge a fee for demo's but do require a minumum guaranteed order by the host/hostess of the demo day. We also offer talks about Infant Massage and Dunstan Language. Please visit our Courses page for more information. Demo days are ideal for baby showers or as a social get together. Donations We collect donations to the benefit of Cotlands Baby Sactuary in Turffontein, Johannesburg. All monetary donations will be donated to this organisation on a monthly basis. You may pay a donation into our bank account with the reference "Cotlands". We are also collecting baby clothing that are still in a good condition to be donated to the babies of this organisation. Please contact us on donations@kittenandclover.co.za should you have any items of baby clothing that you may wish to donate.
